COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We’re happy that you’re interested in joining PG&E’s forum. Hearing from our customers is important to us. Your feedback will help guide PG&E’s decisions and direction. As a member of the community, you’ll be able to provide your input on new products and services that PG&E is developing or considering. You will also be able to express your opinions on important issues that are shaping California’s energy future.

The forum is PG&E’s official, private and secure online research community. Our hope is to provide a collaborative environment in which you can safely express your honest opinions. As with any community, we all need to work together cordially and respectfully. If you decide to join, we ask that you be mindful of the following guiding principles.

Be Respectful

There truly are no wrong answers in research. We want all our members to feel they can honestly express their views in a safe environment. Sharing information, providing feedback, questioning and disagreeing is expected and encouraged. Please remember to do so in a respectful, non-hostile manner without personal criticism.

Information is Proprietary

PG&E may ask you to comment on new product ideas, proposed advertising, or important issues being considered. Because these ideas are still in development, we ask that our members respect their proprietary nature and not share or disclose them without prior permission from PG&E. As a general rule, we ask that our members:

·         Treat all material presented as confidential. This includes not copying, printing, downloading or sharing any material to anyone outside the community.

·         Acknowledge that any ideas developed from this research may be implemented by PG&E without any consideration of future compensation.

Remedies

PG&E reserves the right to delete any posts or comments that are judged to be hateful, disrespectful or obscene. PG&E also reserves the right to terminate any members for consistent inactivity or for violation of community expectations.

Thank you again for your interest in joining our community. We look forward to hearing your thoughts, opinions, and great ideas.
