Confidentiality
Your invitation to participate in the Kimberly-Clark Online Community is personal and non-transferable. You or anyone in your household or immediate family can not work for a manufacturer or distributor of personal or feminine care products including Kimberly-Clark Corporation and/or Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc. and/or Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC and/or any of Kimberly-Clark’s subsidiaries or affiliates, and its competitors, or in a marketing, market research, advertising, public relations firm or function, a grocery, food, drug or discount store, or a medical healthcare facility. You may not disclose to others any of the information that we disclose to you or any ideas or information that are generated in the community. Your community member name and password are for your use only. You may not disclose your password to any other person.
Assignment
You irrevocably assign to Kimberly-Clark all rights in any ideas or expressions of ideas that you provide to the community. All comments, suggestions, graphics, ideas (including product and advertising ideas), and other information or materials you submit to Kimberly-Clark through this Web site will become and remain the exclusive property of Kimberly-Clark, including any future rights associated with such submissions, even if these Terms and Conditions are later modified or terminated. This means that you disclaim any proprietary rights in such submissions, and you acknowledge Kimberly-Clark unrestricted right to use them (or materials or ideas similar to them) in any medium, now and in the future, without notice, compensation or other obligation to you or any other person. This personally identifiable information will only be used for the purposes of sending the weekly community email from your facilitator(s) and for administering electronic or physical rewards.
Personal information collected on the site may be stored or processed in your country of residence or any other country in which Kimberly-Clark or its subcontractors or agents maintain facilities and by using the site, you consent to any transfer of information outside your country of residence. C Space is a self-certified member organization of the U.S. - EU Safe Harbor Framework, and strictly adheres to U.S. - EU data privacy protection laws. As such, C Space will ensure that, if information is transferred outside of your country of residence, it will be treated in accordance with the U.S. - EU data privacy protection laws.
Your personally identifiable information may also be used to help us track the way you use our site and our products. We may also combine the information you provide with information that we collect separately, including information you have provided to other organisations (with consent that it can be shared) as well as public information. All of this information will help us to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services. In order to do this, we may also share your information with companies who carry out work for us. Member Appreciation Rewards

You agree to submit to jurisdiction in Wisconsin and further agree that any cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought in Outagamie or Winnebago County Circuit Court, and you hereby accept and submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts with respect to any legal actions, suits or proceedings arising out of these Terms and Conditions. You also waive to the fullest extent permitted by law any right to a trial by jury in any action, suit or proceeding brought to enforce, defend or interpret any right or remedies under, or arising in connection with or relating to, these Terms and Conditions.
